'Server disconnected - Server Command Overload' when starting practice match

I've been looking for help with this thing for weeks. When I start a practice match, it loads, displays the "join match" page, but before I get a chance to click the join match button, a warning message appears saying 'Server disconnected - Server Command Overload'. HEEEEELP?!

Try increasing the cvar seta com_hunkMegs "128" to a higher number like 256.

May work. I don't know. Can't hurt though.

I have the same problem today when i play online. Game freezes on match startup, or map change. com_hunkMegs doesnt help....
