Can't customize game settings and controls.

i just started and i've encountered a LOT of glitches, but ill start out with this one.
i cant change my game control settings at all!
i click on "Forward" and it says to press the button you want to use for moving forward.
but it wouldnt respond or react, i want the letter "e" to move forward, i repeatedly clicked the letter "e" i thought it would break. i tried everything, j,g,h,s,a,b,v,c,enter,shift,4,5,6,7,8,2,1,3, everything. it would only responed to the mouse click, not only that but it would put "mouse" for moving forward. this is annoying.
make this new experience a good one....please.

From what I have heard Firefox 4 isn't fully supported yet.

Either: try another browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome) or downgrade to firefox 3.6
Or: learn to configure your game with CFG files and console

i also hate how my mouse disappears when the ad comes, or when i enter the game. is there an option to disable this?

there is a sticky for mouse problems..

and maybe someone else can help you configuring the buttons and binds
