you create a clan, what is going to happen if your payment stops after the first year? Or maybe the leader / creator is going inactive?

I really wish they had locked names of clans that users already had...
lets say a clan didnt "create their clan" the first night QL comes out of beta. somebody else creates a clan with the same 3 letters...
or at least had an obligation of 5 members willing to join before it was created. My clan got f'ed out of its name, and im sure other clans will be too.
Yes i have same worries too, i am afraid that somebody will steal my clan's tag.
