    Invisibility Hog

While playing QuadHog earlier, I got an excellent idea. Instead of having QuadHog where you just shoot the guy with Quad and pick it up and then frag yourself when you RJ. Why not have InvisibilityHog? This would be much more strategical and not nearly as boring as QuadHog is. Have everyone spawn with gaunt and the person that picks up Invisibility turns invisible and has auto taunt on. The game would mostly consist mostly of the Hog hiding. That would rule so hard.

Also, don't move this thread to Suggestions, nobody goes there.

Invisibility Hog would be utterly pointless because Invisibility is easy to spot. It provides very little advantage.

Battlesuit Hog would be more interesting than Quad hog though. Would make the game mode less random.

Opposite of what crucci is saying, actually Invisibility Hog would be quite annoying to play. The Quad Hog is fun because it's loud, it's obvious, and everyone wants Quad. It's easy to see the person with Quad, therefore it's fun. You'll get more action out of a Quad Hog, than you would with an Invisibly Hog.

Invisibility is one of those annoying power-ups, which is why you don't see it often. No one wants to see more invisibility than they already do. No one wants to play get fragged by invisible players more than they already do.

Invisibility Hog would be stupid, but having Quad, Haste and BattleSuit Hogs on the same map in the same time would be AWESOME! Imagine having all 3 powerups and loads of rockets (or BFGs).

Also, I noticed that Quad respawn takes to long. It is, what, 45 seconds?! Good player who picks it up first and knows what is doing can finish the match 30:0 in one pickup. Respawn needs to be 10 or 15 seconds, so when you pick the powerup, it is not automaticaly game-over, rather, think fast, do fast, make the most of it, because you have it only for the short time. IMHO.

Invisibility is flawed by design because people who use picmip 1000 can see it clearly, while for us it's actually invisible.

Could indeed be a good suggestion to disable quad carrier's self damages in QuadHog mode...
