I have this problem too...
Ok using the plugin installer i uninstalled it. then deleted the entire folder and re install.... back up your configs and you other stuff and should be good to go.
i still doesnt work for megot the same problem.. aargh!
i have the same problem on my other pc. plugged in my old one to see if it works, and guess what =))))))
make sure you dont have the ql folder open at all when you unistall it and delete it. it wont work then
