There is no "best". Try every possible combination and find out what works for you.

Not had a chance to play this yet but.. this sounds like something that should be available all the time.

I agree. If this was the case then I'd renew my sub so I could spawn pub servers with premium maps - it would be sweet to actually play some different maps for a change. Oh well.
