I did not see a single cheater when Punkbuster was on. I find it VERY hard to believe that it did not deter cheaters.

No, because if I paid, I wouldn't be playing the new game types and maps after the free week anyways. The only populated servers would be the free ones.

And there is no anti-cheat yet.

On normal pub servers, you cannot callvote during a game. If there is an obvious cheater and enough people f3 before the 20 seconds are up, then nobody can callvote kick that obvious cheater. Same...

A player that is in tier 4 CANNOT join a tier 3 clan arena game or a FFA (?) game.
However, a player that is in tier 4 CAN join a tier 3 tdm or a CTF (?) game.

So, not including alt-account...
