it's situational, if the last match was close, f3 if teams are similar ..one thing I notice, it's more likely to get stacked when some ppl are callvoting shuffle over and over.

I have had the 'hangs on game exit' issue (well, basically, plugin crash) although nowhere near 70 percent of the time, more like...
