you should wait at least 3 days... usually it takes more since money were transfered I guess

possible, when you register your clan define it in your shortname (but you won't have a preview so don't make mistakes or you'll have to delete it and create again)

to write messages like this you have to own smth like trademark (+MORE - international trademark) for your clantag which you surely don't have. so as it was a first answer...
