A sens near ur LG's deff would help, imo. i can get 45% or more on spaceCTF due to the jumpads ofcourse :o
i use the very same sens for all weapons tho

story of my life, i set new sens, with very light changes, and for 1 week all is good, then all becomes bad :/

depends on the map, in eye to eye you can fall to the lava and you will get more damage received.
