i didin't install/update anything (maybe win update?), game was working perfectly until 2 days ago.
usb mouse and keyboard, win7 64 bit, firefox.

that's not ID fault, just some server spec misunderstanding. almost fixed.

since last update i had same trouble.
I had firefox + download helper.
It seems a bit strange, but deactivating download helper
plugin fixed the issue for me (currently I live in France...

i think routing depends on dns resolvers.
btw, since yesterday, ping is fine again for me (now i am in france, next to geneva).

ping is fine again for me by yesterday.
probably it was a problem on dns server / routing.
