Whats the sense of it? Its a weapon like all other too and all should have the same respawn time. Btw. I know this problem atm only at this map. Thats why I think its maybe a small bug.

Good idea. Not everybody know all the commands to vote in console. Look at other games, is it possible there to open a console? Dont think so, the most games has menues to vote for any sh*t.

Will happens first, when everybody will understand, that nothing can be for free and will subcribe minimum for premium. And then we will have those action like during the last free premium week.

Domination has one small "bug". You cant play 2on2. 3on3 seems to be the minimum. But with only 4 guys at a server you cant start a match. That should be fixed.
