Fresh install of windows 7, news drivers from ATI. just installed QLPrism and its doing exatcly the same thing :(

CPu - Amd Athlon 64 x2 Dual core (old i know)
IE9, or Chrome.

Problem with FPS join the game and get like 0 -1 fps so laggy can't even change the settings in game. i've come back...
