Yeah its still premium restricted. There are some servers now labeled "PQL CA". Can you CV for PQL settings on VQL premium servers though? I wasn't sure of that.

FFA is just fine. Have some patience and think about what you are doing before you blindly rush into battles with no armor or guns.
