Generally speaking you are better off with the lowest sensitivity you can bare. I presume you have limited desk space like myself. If not I strongly suggest trying to adjust to lower sensitivity.

It would have the added advantage of encoraging people to hang around in spec AND pay attention, so when someone quits or another joins in a team game they are ready to jump in straight away.
there was a teir 5 and they had (almost) nobody to play in their teir, they could play in the same games as 4 so it made absolutely no difference that i can see.

I just got a new computer and it appears that I join any server and have my normal ping of 30-40 for roughly 30 to 40 seconds that it goes to 999 if i leave and come back it will do the same thing...
could go a step further and implement a crosshair pulse type for frags too. probly not as needed but thought i would share as it is a similar idea
