If you used setpoint - it had DPI set to 1600 in games. There were an option.

i would add much bigger tier gradation. Make like 10 tiers, and longest way to procceed between tiers. For example skill rating 100 increase to 1,000. And make 10 tiers. 1 tier = 100 rating. 1 win= +...
