Is there any update from ID what they are doing about the routing issues to the servers. All my pings have almost tripled lately and after trace routes - it is obviously a routing issue on their end....

I have the same.....100% packetloss on usually 2nd last hop. All my pings are in the 100+ range when I used to be at 35-45. Is anything going to be done to fix this???
