It works just fine. Try moving the slider up a bit, the default does not give a ton of movement.

C:\Windows\system32\aticfx32.dll tells me that it is likely an issue with your video card driver. Try updating it from ATI and not from windows update.

That upload is bad.. Have you tried another cat cable? That cant be right.. I'd try another cable (ive seen this happen in the work place and limit the upload speeds badly) If not id call the isp...

what is your internet connection and ping? Where to? There are a lot of things that can cause this. Wifi?

The processor is the likely reason here. And it has win7 64bit running on it. It takes more pc to run this game than q3 needed.
