Set the browser to 'All populated' to show full servers.
Because those are the prices for purchasing a 12 month subscription. You can buy 1, 3 or 6 month subscriptions as well, but not for that price, its more expensive.

Yes they get deleted after a long spell of inactivity (dont know what it is). An email is usually sent to the address you registered the account on, notifying you of impending deletion.

You can callvote on public premium servers (unless it was spawned by a pro subscriber who disabled voting himself) so the end of match vote wouldnt make any difference.
