Since 3-4 weeks ago i started getting 120 pings on a server i usually have 40 ms ... i pinged in run>cmd and it was fine, no anomalys.

... when i do /net_restart for 3-5 times... the ping drops...

like lorfa said use cg_screendamage 1 and increase cg_railtrailtime to 1500 and use these visual clues as a direction enhancer.
