I agree with the gang: Quad = 3x and the easier jumping are really a bad ideea.

Effectively it went from being 5x to 4x. If you look at it as having been 4 times more powerful on top of the hit/damage value as 1, it was 5. So 3 more hit damage on top of the 1x damage the weapon already causes, brings it up to 4x.
