How can I play with my friends?

Hi,

I am with a group of friends (in the office) all trying to play together (either alone or with other people), is there a way that we can all play together in the same match?

find an empty server or get a pro account where u can start a private server.

1 palyer should find empty server/costumize,game state,empty/ pick one from list and the rest need to join,normally if you wanna talk with him or he can join you,send him friend request and ta da,ready to rock....

If you're in the office, then you'll all likely be behind the same router / on the same WAN IP, you'll have to change each clients port to get more than one machine into the game.

In the quakelive console of each machine type

net_port 27977

(or 27963 etc, in the range 27000 to 27999) to change the port used for quakelive (every machine needs to be on a different port)
