Try to make sure no one is downloading anything on your premises like watching Netflix/etc.
If you have a wireless router, try to plug directly into it instead.

I was having BAD connection interrupted issues. Tried everything with video settings, antivirus, firewall, etc. I even got a new modem. Turns out the old modem was bad, but the new modem (2 weeks old at most) didn't have the latest firmware. Once I updated the firmware on the new modem the problem stopped :)
