No I cannot play russian style. I can play megaman3. I also lowered sens a bit. I am already noticing more lifting up the mouse.
I read somewhere that you should disable windows accel. Should I do this?

It very likely won't make any difference in Quake Live, since by default QL uses in_mouse 2 which bypasses cursor ballistics.Quote:
