Wait, so is there a time span for his ban (like a month or something), or would he just have to e-mail support and ask them to unban him?
Your "friend" is going to stay banned for the same amount of time, regardless of whether they harass Support or not. (Although after harassing them it could go up in time). Just wait it out and it'll be over soon.
