Windows 'right click' menu appearing in game!?

Why does this keep happening? Its quite annoying...

Hi, I'm using the latest firefox..

Are you playing in Full-Screen?

No, in a window..

Then I'd suggest not using the right-click on Quake Live or going Full-Screen.

for a quick solution just use prism, problem solved.
