For the speed difference turn on the speedometer and find out for yourself...quite simple solution. Other than that ducking just makes you a smaller target. You can duck rails, rockets, plasma, etc.
Crouching is 79 UPS while slow walking is 161 UPS.
And for the record, standard running is 320 UPS.Quote:
