about time you fix the support! ive waited over 2 years to get a proper answer from you.
as for me, they respond with everything within an acceptable limit, dunno what ur complainin about since sasparillo took over ordus' place everything seems to work out just fine.
ps also sync while in direct contact was able to directly help out with various troubles so... dunno what u gotta complain about here..
one last thing - now that support is down.. cheaters on alias can feel safe for 1 day longer than usual :D
