You had to pay $50 for Q3 Arena (equal to $100 now) .. Then play on someones server that was hosted on their computer. Lag and ping were much worst then QL.
I'd like to see some of these whinebots try playing on 56k dial up! How soon they forget..lol
Plus most of the servers were friends playing together so it was very easy to run afoul of the server operator.
Proper way to do it? One thing I really hate is spectating camping trolls. It's such a great feature, being able to freely float around the map while they drag the round for eternity. That's proper way to do it on public CA.Quote:

The proper way to do it is like ra, ra2, ra3 and ra4 had it: disabled by default, can be enabled via in-game voting (not a SaM option). Same goes for /kill command in ctf.Quote:

I have some issue about ,,twitching'' or how to call it.When I connect to game its silent and I get uncontrollable mouse movement wildly around center.As I have heard that this is not isolate problem,some ppl have it too.It happens regardless if I am using Opera or Firefox.It also happens more often now-every 5th to 10th game.I have to disconnect (restarting in console would not help) and go back to main menu.When back in map, graphics have more light then is my setup,so I have to reconnect with console and AFTER that it is okay finally.
Any suggestions?Is it a bug?
