Spinning while looking at the floor? Here's the fix!

I downloaded QL Prism, and fixed the problem for me.

I have two complaints about mouse functionality. In IE9, the mouse doesn't work at all. In FF, the mouse is super sensitive to movement to the point where play is impossible. Are there fixes for these? Or should I download Chrome?
