Kiev servers down, ***?! Can't even create a private match... What did I pay money for?

Yeah, Ukrainian servers are down for more than 3 days now already... I'd like to know when they'll be online again - it was the only place I could play with <50 ms ping....
It seem's no one can response on this problem?
Servers working again! Great to play with ping 15 again.
Why no servers in Riverside, CA? I get 20 ping to LA. I lag so much ;-;
