Download the file, put it in(this is vista path, XP path should be nearly the same)

YourHarddrive:\Users\Yourname\AppData\LocalLow\id Software\quakelive\home\baseq3\demos

Then go in a practise match, open console and type:

demo xxx

(xxx for the demo name, in this case SpaceCTF)

What's the ruling for having 5-6 teammates assist you in a "weapons" speedcap?

I edited the rules gpig. But if anyone has something realy cool that dont fits under the rules(for example weapon run with mines) he still might post - i will put this in some special Section. Or u might make your own thread for it, your choice ;)
