I click on go pro on the "frontpage" -> reach the screen where you see what premium/pro offers in benefits -> press go pro/premium again there -> error message.

That can be caused by GeoIP not being able to identify where your IP address belongs.
In fact, I've checked the IP addresses of your posts and GeoIPTool doesn't have any information about them.
In such situations, you can:
- change IP address if you're on dynamic IP (restart router?),
- maybe call your ISP for IP change / updating GeoIP somehow,
- try using a proxy server,
- if you are using a proxy server, try disabling it,
- pay from work / from friend's place.
